Dan Hill 1954/6/3 加拿大籍1975出道　發行過１１張專輯　不過這麼棒的歌聲據說大都唱芭樂抒情歌　聽到一首經典老歌　Sometime when we touch 由曾參加過星光的　來自新加坡的歌手王儷婷(Olivia Ong)唱來　有一種清新的風味 也好聽．．不過還是覺得原唱的歌聲讓人回味再三　低沉磁性　感性　獨特的歌聲　很少人不為之感動　他的歌聲很熟悉  不過我對於他的名字卻有點陌生...

Dan Hill１４歲開始彈吉他，寫歌詞，１７歲高中綴學，專職歌曲寫作。「Sometimes When We Touch」是１９７７年同Barry Mann合寫的，當時賣了一百多萬份。他熱誠的演唱風格和外露的傷感歌詞，也曾受到加拿大國內某些人的嘲弄和批評。

一位音樂同行對他的評價恰如其分－－「他的聲音是種令人心痛的哀訴：強言真摯和熱誠，哪怕是最感傷的歌詞；展示弱點和傷口，猶如兩性戰場上飄揚的白旗。
